Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run by EAC Animal Care Australia & New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees of EAC Animal Care, its affiliates, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow @eacequineaunz on Instagram.
  2. Tag friends in the giveaway post (each tag counts as one entry).
  3. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story.
  4. Bonus entry: Share a photo of their horse with their favourite EAC product and tag @eacequineaunz.

All entry steps must be completed within the giveaway period.

4. Giveaway Period

  • Entries open October 1st. 
  • The competition closes on 22 October 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive the EAC Equine Summer Bundle, which includes:
    • 1L In-Take (feed & water intake enhancer)
    • 1.5kg Osmo-Lyte Active (electrolytes + B vitamins)
    • 1L Osmo-Lyte Rapid Gel (fast-acting hydration support)
  • Total prize value of over $210 AUD
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random on the 25th of October.
  • The winner will be announced via @eacequineaunz Instagram story and contacted directly by DM. 
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. General Conditions

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability.
  • By participating, entrants agree to allow EAC Equine to repost or share submitted content (e.g., horse photos with EAC products).The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • EAC accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, misdirected, or received after the closing date due to technical or other issues.

8. Privacy

Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting the winner.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
